How do I know if I qualify for the upgrade price?

If you own a copy of Version 1, 2, 3 or 4 you qualify for an upgrade price. 
You will need your Version 1, 2, 3 or 4  serial number or show proof of ownership as 
described below. 
The price for upgrading is as follows:
From Versions 1, 2 or 3 to Version 5 is £39.95 inc. Vat and Postage to a UK address

From Version 4 to Version 5 is £35.95 inc. Vat and Postage to a UK address

Where can I find my serial number?

You will find your serial number on the paper sleeve of your 
Version 1 or 2 CD-ROM, On the back of your manual for Versions 3 & 4,
or on your original receipt from Rio Designs

How do I order my upgrade?

  • Phone orders:
Call 0044 (0)1763 288234 Please have your existing version serial 
number ready. If you do not have your serial number, I can 
confirm that you are on our list of registered customers when you order. 
If I can confirm you are on the master list of registered customers, 
you will then receive the upgrade price.


  • Web-site orders: 
  • Write your existing version serial number on the order form in  the "Special Instructions Box ". 
  • The serial number is required and your order will not be accepted without it. If you don't have your serial number, please call 0044 (0)1763 288234 
  • Mail/Fax orders: Write your existing version serial number with your name, address, and phone number. If you don't have your serial number, please see below for options.
What if I don't have a serial number or I'm not registered?

You will then need to show us a proof of purchase. You can send a receipt 
or a credit card slip showing that you purchased an earlier version of Quilt-Pro for Windows 
either in the UK or abroad.
You can also send us the inside front cover of the 
user's manual. This must be the original, not a copy.
